Since someone at Earthlink Web Hosting deleted all of the site's files, this clearly is the right time to make a change for the better. So, I moved the site to a new server that features greater bandwidth, faster architecture, and superior customer service. All of which translates into a better experience for the site user (not to mention the webmaster). Please be patient while the site is built and tested; it takes a while to get the kinks out and ensure everything is working.
